Eclipse aims to foster an honest discussion surrounding challenges of marginalized groups such as the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, women, and the Black community, in the corporate world. The event also had the goal to teach methods for diversity, empowerment, and offering career guidance. 

ECLIPSE's itinerary included a keynote panel from Claudia Fuller, a Senior Manager of Control Test Automation at TD Bank, who is also an experienced leader passionate about Life, Learning, Inclusion, and Diversity. 

We also hosted a panel with three representatives; Daniel Booth, a culture, Diversity, and Inclusion Champion at RSM, Nuzhat Ahmed, a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, and Brione Lacey, a Relationship Manager of Commercial Financial Services at RBC. 

This panel was followed by a workshop held by Daniel Booth, who spoke about the importance of diversity in the workplace and the role we play in it. 

And finally, the event was concluded with a networking session with our event sponsors; RBC, TD Bank,  EY, Nestle, RSM, and Deloitte!
